Career Strategies Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant for a reputable apartment community in Radcliff, KY. This is a great opportunity to grow with a respected property management company.

Position Overview:
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents. This role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone
• Conduct tours of the community and highlight available units
• Process applications and lease agreements
• Maintain resident and vendor relations
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts

Qualifications:

• Apartment leasing experience highly preferred
• Affordable housing experience is a plus
• Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Organized and able to multitask efficiently
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, Entrata) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
