Assistant Project Manager – Commercial & Municipal Construction

Location: Sarasota, FL

Salary: $65,000 to $100,000 base salary + benefits + bonus

Your new role

As Assistant Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll assist with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and document control, while gaining hands-on experience in all phases of project management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with exposure to municipal or institutional projects .
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
