The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique chance to work on technically challenging projects while gaining exposure to some of the most innovative construction environments in the industry. This position will involve significant travel to project sites nationwide, with all travel expenses fully covered. Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor jobsite progress, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Gain experience across life sciences, data center, and clean manufacturing projects.

Experience:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–5+ years of experience in construction (all project backgrounds considered).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, travel-heavy role.
• Interest in advancing your career with a growing, nationally recognized general contractor.
