Location: Columbia, Missouri

Status: Full-Time | 4 Days/Week (MonWed 85, Thurs 83)

Compensation: $200,000 $350,000+

Daily Guarantee: $800/day

As an associate, you wont be thrown into the deep end or left to figure things out alone. Youll receive mentorship with one-on-one check-ins, case reviews, and chairside coaching when needed. Dr. Shull is invested in your success. As you grow in experience or come in as a seasoned dentist, your collaboration with Dr. Shull and the entire team will be expected and valued.

Youll have the tools to grow quickly, with access to high-level tech (CBCT, CEREC, 3D printing, in-house milling, and more), a strong new patient flow (70+ per month), and a diverse patient base that spans from blue-collar families to white-collar professionals. Were intentional about treating every patient with empathy and dignity, and we value your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.

Even better? Were preparing for growth. A brand-new, ground-up facility is in the works, set to open tentatively in 2028 with 11 ops and even more space for expanded services. If youre business-minded, theres a clear and genuine path to partnership after a couple of years.

What Youll Do

• Deliver high-quality general dentistry
