AT&T Retail Sales Agent
Location: Jacksonville, FL

Compensation: Guaranteed base pay + uncapped commission (average $500–$1200/week)
Schedule: Full-time | Weekends required
As an AT&T Retail Sales Agent at Stay Connected Management, you’ll play a key role in driving retail sales and delivering personalized wireless solutions to customers in a face-to-face setting. Whether you're assisting with upgrades or explaining service plans, your job is to ensure every customer walks away confident and satisfied.
What You’ll Do:Engage with walk-in retail customers to identify their wireless needs and recommend AT&T products and services
Guide customers through upgrades, new phone activations, promotions, and service plans
Stay up to date on the latest AT&T devices, features, and plan options
Collaborate with your team to hit sales goals and support store performance
Provide 5-star customer service in a high-traffic retail environment
Participate in sales training and team development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed retail sales targets
Tech-savvy and eager to learn about new products
Positive, coachable, and excited to grow professionally
Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
