Join the Health Regulation Division (HRD) Call Center Unit as a Customer Services Specialist where you'll be the first point of contact, helping to identify customer needs, provide technical assistance, and route inquiries to the appropriate HRD staff or external agencies.

In this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll play a key role in providing responsive and high-quality support to a diverse range of external customers-including regulated providers, government partners, and members of the public-via phone, email, and fax.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure your resume/application clearly describe your experience in the areas listed below and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held. - Communication skills sufficient to respond to a variety of communications, including phone calls, e-mails and faxes from internal and external customers, with clear and concise explanations of processes or instructions.
- Knowledge of data entry procedures and systems, such as Microsoft Office or similar, sufficient to enter data, prepare and edit emails, faxes and other forms of written communication, is grammatically correct and in proper format.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with various computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of Health Regulation services and types of facilities.
- Previous call center experience.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and organizations.
- Ability to work independently in addition to working cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.
