You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our cartons meet the highest quality standards for our valued customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for troubleshooting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Pack cartons with precision and care
• Perform quality checks to maintain our high standards
• Off-line packing for special projects
• Set up taper and labeler for efficient operations
• Operate a ream cutter with expertise
• Quality re-work to ensure perfection
• Additional duties as assigned to support the team

Qualifications

• Quality-conscious with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively
• Basic computer skills for smooth operations
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, 30 pounds repetitively
• Ability to work 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm) or 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am) with some overtime/weekend work
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
