Job Title: Change Management Lead – AI Tools

Location : 222 2nd Avenue South, Suite 2200, Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Duration : 5+ Months (Potential for Extension)

Pay Rate: $50–$55/hr on W2

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Technology Change Adoption Specialist to support the successful implementation and adoption of AI-powered productivity tools across our organization. This role is pivotal in connecting technology innovation with end-user readiness—driving awareness, engagement, and effective use of AI tools that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • You will work closely with our Global Tech User Enablement team, AI product managers, technical experts, and business stakeholders to execute well-structured change enablement strategies that ensure smooth adoption and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy & Planning : Support the development and execution of adoption plans for AI tools, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications, training, and resistance management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with product, engineering, business leads, and end users to understand needs, address concerns, and encourage AI integration in daily workflows.
  • Communication & Awareness : Create engaging content (e.g., emails, internal articles, FAQs, presentations) to build awareness and promote the benefits of AI-powered tools.
  • Training & Enablement : Design and deliver impactful training programs (e.g., workshops, webinars, guides, tutorials) tailored to different user groups and skill levels.
  • User Support & Feedback : Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate enablement efforts. Establish support mechanisms and drive continuous improvement.
  • Resistance Management : Identify barriers to adoption and develop proactive strategies to foster a positive mindset and address concerns early.
  • AI Evangelism & Best Practices : Promote a culture of curiosity and innovation around AI technologies and productivity tools.
  • Documentation : Maintain detailed user guides, playbooks, and internal knowledge base articles.

Top Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technology adoption or change enablement roles
  • Experience introducing or supporting AI tools in large organizations
  • Strong background in adoption of productivity & collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, monday.com)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to influence and engage employees across departments and geographies
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into simple, user-friendly language
  • Passionate about empowering users through technology
  • Demonstrated experience building and delivering training programs and enablement content

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting AI-powered capabilities in productivity platforms
  • Familiarity with user personas, change impact assessments, and behavior-driven enablement strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Education, Technology, or a related field
