This is a great opportunity for those with a strong CNC machining background and experience with Large Vertical Lathes to join CW's efforts to support the United States Navy and commercial customers.

Hourly: $28.70 - $41.49 Hourly

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Mill Machinists with hands-on experience operating Kitamura and Fadal vertical machining centers. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in precision machining, an eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts to exact specifications. Opening for 1st shift!

Your Challenge:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Kitamura & Fadal) performing precision machining to tolerances within 0.001"
  \n
\n
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
  \n
\n
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed
  \n
\n
• Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain tolerances
  \n
\n
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators)
  \n
\n
• Maintain clean and organized work area
  \n
\n
• Work collaboratively with programming and quality departments
  \n
\n

Your Expertise:

\n
• 3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably Kitamura and/or Fadal
  \n
\n
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and G-code
  \n
\n
• Strong understanding of machining best practices and materials
  \n
\n
• Familiarity with conversational controls and/or Fanuc preferred
  \n
\n
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
  \n
\n
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  \n
\n
• Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens
  \n
\n
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
  \n
\n
