Job Title: Lathe Machinist - $31 an hour with openings on 2nd and 3rd shift.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist to set up and operate Swiss turn style CNC lathe machines. The role involves performing tool changes, offsets, and adjustments on the Z and X axes for high-volume production parts. You will be responsible for loading and running the correct programs, conducting quality checks using calipers, micrometers, comparators, and go/no-go gauges, and ensuring work within tolerances of plus or minus one-tenth of a thousandth.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit facility with a wide variety of both old and new machining centers. The role is on the second shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Sunday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.05 - $31.20/hr.
