We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage front office interactions, provide print job estimates, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain supplies and records. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate, timely service delivery.
Full Time
● $25 to $40 per Hour + Time and a half over 40 Hours per Week
● Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit
● 3% Match - 401K

● Up to 3 Weeks Vacation + 1 Week of Personal Time
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk:
● Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
● Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
● Greet walk-in customers and assist with placing orders over the counter
Estimating & Order Processing:
● Receive, review, and process incoming customer orders
● Provide accurate and timely quotes for print jobs
● Answer customer questions regarding job specifications, timelines, and pricing
● Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely job completion
● Coordinate with the design department to resolve issues related to customer-supplied files
Office Administration:
● Order and maintain inventory of paper and general office supplies
● File documents and maintain organized records
● Assist with billing and invoicing procedures
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree or Prior Experience
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
● Proficiency in Microsoft office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems)
● Experience in a print or production environment is a plus
● Mathematical and measurement skills required
● Experience with Printing Estimating would be great but we are willing to train someone who is smart and had a great attitude.
