Seeking Corporate Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking an exceptional Corporate Accounting Manager to guide a high-performing team and act as a strategic partner to the CFO. This corporate-level position plays a pivotal role in ensuring accounting excellence and promoting a culture-first environment within an international organization.

Corporate Accounting Manager's Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the Corporate Accounting Manager function in overseeing a robust accounting team
• Serve as the right hand to the CFO on all accounting-related matters
• Develop and mentor direct reports to elevate departmental performance
• Coordinate and manage external and internal audit processes
• Ensure expert-level adherence to GAAP and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications of the Corporate Accounting Manager:

• Active CPA license (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven experience supporting mergers and acquisitions
• Deep understanding of corporate accounting processes and controls
