Director of Housekeeping

Reports To: Director Of Operation

Job Type: Full Time

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Corporate Hospitality Housing is seeking a seasoned Director of Housekeeping to oversee housekeeping operations across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and the ability to manage teams efficiently across locations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Direct and manage daily housekeeping operations across multiple properties.
  • Lead, train, and schedule housekeeping staff; conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Perform inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in developing and managing housekeeping budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or multi-property environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning protocols, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
