Overview The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform offers online EPPP tutors nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make an impact on students’ learning journeys—from home. Responsibilities Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Tutor remotely using the Live Learning Platform—no commuting required. Match with students best suited to your teaching style and expertise. Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and logistics. Utilize tools such as the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time support, lesson generation, and engagement features. Compensation & Benefits Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects; rates can reach up to $40/hour with same-student progression. Get paid up to twice per week, ensuring fast and reliable compensation. Work remotely with no commuting and leverage a purpose-built platform for tutoring. What We Look For In a Tutor Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in EPPP and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
