DailyPay service for early payment. Shift Manager Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety and security, and ensure profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Help meet targets and support department goals.
