Job Title: Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Load machines with material for threading.
• Fill and assemble orders based on customer specifications.
• Set up and adjust machinery and equipment according to specifications.
• Operate and monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct product inspections and tests to verify machine settings, safety, and product quality.
• Communicate quality issues or machinery needing maintenance attention.

Essential Skills

• Consistent work history.
• Reliability.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to move around the production floor and sit or stand for an entire shift.
• Effective communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience or mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules.
• Strong math skills, including ability to add, multiply, and divide.
• Experience with fractions and decimals.
• Must be flexible to train on the first shift

Work Environment

Join us in a clean, climate-controlled, and fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and documentation are crucial. Our facility is loud and energetic, offering a dynamic workplace experience. Flexibility to work 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to midnight, with occasional overtime until 1 am, is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
