Role: Insurance Producer
As an Insurance Producer, you’ll play a key role in delivering customized, competitive insurance solutions to clients. This is a performance-driven role ideal for professionals who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment. You’ll manage a strong pipeline, educate customers, and work across multiple carriers to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a monthly sales pipeline of 140–150 prospects through outbound calling and consistent follow-up.
Provide expert guidance to clients, comparing insurance options from over 40 carriers to ensure the best fit.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and cross-sell targets while demonstrating effective objection-handling skills.
Accurately document client interactions using CRM systems and multiple carrier platforms.
Stay current on insurance product knowledge, market trends, and carrier offerings.
Engage in team collaboration, feedback sessions, and performance coaching.
Ensure a best-in-class customer experience through clear, confident communication.
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (Arizona required; multi-state licenses are a plus).
Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience in a call center setting.
Experience selling across multiple states and carriers, with use of a comparative rater.
Proven sales ability, driven by commission and performance incentives.
Strong computer skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
Licensure in all 50 states (top priority consideration).
Familiarity with multiple insurance systems and advanced sales techniques.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission.
First-year earning potential: $65,000–$85,000, with uncapped commission potential for high performers.
