How you'll contribute

An Organizational Development Partner who excels in this role:

  • Drives initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement across the organization.
  • Partners with leaders to identify organizational development needs and implement tailored interventions.
  • Leads culture and engagement surveys, and develops change management strategies, including communications and training.
  • Facilitates cultural transformation efforts and builds tools for HR Business Partners to improve employee experience.
  • Utilizes innovative technologies to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Measures the success of OD initiatives through performance, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Provides leadership coaching to strengthen manager capabilities.
  • Supports joint efforts with cross-functional teams and hospital leaders to align initiatives with operational goals.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations and facilitates meetings on OD programs.
  • Requires moderate overnight travel (up to 25%).

What we're looking for

We are seeking a candidate with deep experience in organizational development and a passion for creating high-performance cultures. Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Design/Development, Human Resources, or related field required
  • Master's degree in Psychology or Organizational Development (preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Organizational Development/Effectiveness roles
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • PMP, HRPM, CPLP, or CPC certifications (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in business math and technology tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships
