Job Description

Vending Concepts is seeking a highly trained and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our production operations and ensuring the efficient and effective execution of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of production activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Implement and maintain efficient production processes, ensuring quality standards are met and productivity is optimized.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, quality control, and logistics, to streamline production workflows and resolve any operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is not mandatory but desired.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in utilizing production management software and tools.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards within a manufacturing setting.
