Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00

Position Description

Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of commercial paving projects. As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality commercial paving projects. You'll collaborate with experienced project managers, site supervisors, and clients, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to all phases of construction. Position Requirements

Key Responsibilities
    • Project Planning & Coordination:
    • Assist in scheduling and coordinating projects from start to finish.
    • Support project managers in aligning activities and resources.
    • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, contracts, permits, and technical documents.
    • Maintain accurate records, budgets, and compliance documentation.
    • Operations & Logistics:
    • Coordinate materials, equipment, and trucking logistics.
    • Monitor schedules and billing, working closely with estimating teams.
    • Bidding & Analysis:
    • Prepare bid packages and support bidding processes using industry software.
    • Collaborate with accounting to analyze project data and drive process improvements.
    • Project Close-Out:
    • Finalize paperwork, warranty documentation, and project reviews.
Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • Recent graduates encouraged to apply; prior experience in construction or paving is a plus.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Experience with bidding and project management software (B2W, Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) preferred.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus but not required.
