About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support our sales team and help keep projects on track. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants an opportunity to grow within Don Lee Farms and build a long-term career contributing to our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects (up to 100 active projects at a time), tracking timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Maintain and update customer portals to ensure accuracy and compliance with buyer requirements.
  • Provide sales team support in preparing materials, presentations, and follow-up items for customer meetings.
  • Participate in customer calls and meetings, capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-through. Travel required.
  • Assist with order tracking, reporting, and general administrative support to the sales team.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Commitment to developing a career within the company, with a strong interest in growing alongside Don Lee Farms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 1 year of professional experience (internships and part-time work welcome).

The expected base salary for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000 annually, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
