Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pmCareer pathing & growth opportunitiesBased Salary: $80,000-$85,000 base salary, plus commissionA Day in the Life...Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs for new and existing sales teams on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies.Lead training sessions in various formats (virtual, cohort sessions, coaching, etc.) that are interactive, engaging, and applicable to real-world scenarios.Tailor training content to different levels of sales experience and global team needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Provide personalized coaching to individual sales team members, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.Deliver tailored coaching sessions to help salespeople refine their techniques, overcome challenges, and achieve their sales targets.Create comprehensive onboarding training programs for new sales hires that provide them with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to succeed in selling Salary.com products.Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales teams to reinforce learning, improve skills, and adapt to evolving product offerings.Develop an in-depth understanding of our HR technology solutions, including product features, benefits, and differentiators, to ensure that sales teams are well-equipped to position and sell the solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and HR tech innovations to keep training content current and relevant.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Consulting Leadership, and Sales Leadership to align strategies, messaging, training, and processes.Collaborate with Sales Leadership to assess performance gaps, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted training initiatives.Track and measure training effectiveness through metrics like sales performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.Work closely with sales directors/managers to adapt training programs to the specific needs of global teams.Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for teams across multiple regions, ensuring consistency in training quality and outcomes.Gather feedback from sales teams, managers, and stakeholders to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall effectiveness.Update training materials and resources as the product evolves and new sales strategies emerge.About You...Bachelor's degree in a related field.3+ years of experience in sales training, ideally within a global organization or with a diverse, distributed sales team.Experience selling or training teams on HR technology solutions, SaaS products, or enterprise software is highly preferred.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs that have led to measurable improvements in sales performance.Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, and how to effectively communicate product value to different customer personas.Knowledge of HR technology solutions is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.Comfortable working with sales performance data and using it to guide training strategies and decisions.Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, LMS platforms, video conferencing tools).Experience working with global teams across different time zones and cultures.Strong cross-cultural communication skills and an ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different regions.Sales or Training certifications (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, ATD, or similar) is a plus.
