Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly creative environment, think strategically, and define complex programs with multiple work streams. Ability to complete and manage multiple projects within timelines, across multiple collaborators, and deliver projects on time and on budget. Strong leadership and executive presence with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. Experience working as an agency producer and on the ‘brand’ side, directly with production & post-production companies. Very strong organizational practices & habits. Able to manage complex projects, deliverables, and timelines. Video production & post-production expertise: Strong understanding of production process, production roles, production budgets, post-production including editorial & animation pipelines, and film gear & tech. Strong creative chops and experience, across a breadth of video types – animation, live action, advertising, social, and more. Strong collaborative and communication skills. Work with CD’s to realize the creative concept & vision, while keeping project aligned to practical drivers like budget, schedule, available resources, prioritization. Solid grasp of products, and strong attention to detail regarding product accuracy. Good understanding of company organization. Know where to get answers when needed. Talent must be local to the SF Bay Area. Client Description Aquent Studios is a global creative studio that delivers scale, speed and efficiency to the world’s most recognized brands.
