\nRadiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
\n• On-call requirements: 10 shifts per month with weekend call included
\n• Weekend call every 3rd or 4th weekend
\n• Call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weeknights and weekends
\n• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
\n• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
\n• Required certifications: ARRT(R) and BLS
\n• Current Indiana State Department of Health license in Radiology Technologist required
\n• 18 months of experience required
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• Local travelers accepted
\n• Floating is 100% required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals
\n• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures for patients from pediatric through geriatric
\n• Follow physician instructions, prepare and operate equipment, and position patients correctly
\n• May be required to scrub into procedures as needed
\n• Knowledge of sterile technique and supplies used during special exams required
\n• Must be able to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when patient condition doesn't permit routine positioning
\n• Work with various interventional procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, and vascular access procedures

\nThis short-term acute care hospital features 194 staffed beds and utilizes Cerner charting systems. The facility provides comprehensive interventional radiology services with state-of-the-art equipment and supports a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The hospital maintains high standards for patient care across all age groups and offers free parking for staff members.
