Binding Minds is seeking a travel nurse RN Neuro ICU for a travel nursing job in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Position: Registered Nurse – Neuro ICU (Crisis Response)
Start Date: 11/17/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night, 3x12-hour (18:45 PM– 07:15 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend required; float within hospital/unit as needed

 

Pay Package:

• W2: $20/hr
• Non-taxable stipend: $1,373.61
• Weekly gross: $2,093.61

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Neuro ICU (strong neuro critical care background; floating/general ICU does not qualify)

  Charting System: Epic

Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS

 

Skills:

• Ventilator care & respiratory management
• IV therapy, arterial/central line management, continuous IV sedation
• Blood product administration
• CVA/acute stroke management
• Post-neurosurgery care (craniotomy, spinal cord injury, TBI)
• ICP monitoring, EVD, lumbar drains
• Dysrhythmia recognition & management
• Isolation precautions, infection prevention

RTO: Max 7 days auto-approve; no RTO first week or on holidays

Notes:

• Must pass EKG testing prior to start
• Must be comfortable floating and working with high-acuity neuro patients
• Strong neuro experience mandatory
