About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for a remote role with a focus on Workers' Compensation and No-Fault Auto services and solutions. The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in direct selling and solutioning, particularly within the Workers' Compensation and No-Fault Auto market segment. This individual will be responsible for business development, including prospecting, qualification, value demonstration, and opportunity closure. The role demands a dynamic, multi-level thinker with a solid willingness to help clients solve their problems. The VP will be expected to grow and maintain a robust, qualified new business pipeline, execute go-to-market strategies, and demonstrate exceptional strategic selling skills. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of successful consultative sales experience in Workers' Compensation solutions, with at least 5 years' in direct-to-payer sales. The role requires the ability to present and sell solutions to C-suite executives, a broad industry knowledge, and a strong reputation as a creative thought leader in payer solutions. The ideal candidate will have superior communication, strategic thinking, and critical thinking skills, and be a solid team player with the ability to work independently. A deep proficiency in existing and new capabilities, as well as the ability to travel frequently, is essential.
